Peace Ambassador 2018 is more and more prepare themselves to their working programs during their length of service. Besides the seventeenth Echo Peace event there would be some second activities from Peace Ambassador 2018.
On March 30, 2019 in Individual Bali Hospitality office was conducted the second meeting about the working program of Peace Ambassador 2018. The meeting was attended by Kadek Adnyana as the Chairman of Echo Peace Community and the finalists of Peace Ambassador 2018 which is: I Made Jefri Hendrian, I Dw Ayu Puspadewi, Sanfania Almendy Darmapan, Komang Ayu Puspita Dewi, Ni Nym Dita Febriani Pratiwi, Fatwa Athaitami.
On the previous meeting there was a change on the working program of Peace Ambassador 2018. Was told by Jefri Hendrian that “the working program of Peace Ambassador 2018 which at the beginning was 4 programs then was reduced onto 3 programs because the program of “Pancasila” is almost has similar purpose and concept to the program of Roadshow to Campus so that the program of Peace Ambassador 2018 that would be running as this detail with each event coordinator from the finalists of Peace Ambassador 2018. The first program is “Nature is Ourselves” with the event coordinator is I Gd Sumitra Jaya or the alias Detra, this working program is a beach cleaning program that aim to get ourselves closer to Nature, that make peace to Nature is important. Then the second program is “Roadshow to Campus”, which the coordinator is Safania Almendi, this program will give a change to the finalists of Peace Ambassador 2018 to become an influencer where they’ll socialize about Peace/peaceful in Campus environment, introducing Echo Peace and Peace Ambassador and at a time seek for a new finalist for Peace Ambassador 2019. The third working program is “Media” coordinator is I Dw. Ayu Puspadewi, this working program will make news and an article about online media and radio. The last working program is “Election of Peace Ambassador 2019” with the coordinator is Juandri Simanjuntak on this program which will be the second election for Peace Ambassador.
From the explanation, Kadek Adnyana as the Chairman of Echo Peace Community told that “from all of the working program of Peace Ambassador 2018 / the duty of media team is to make news and posted on some Media, both on print media and online media with purpose is to echo the Echo Peace to all over the world, then make a YouTube account and the video of Echo Peace that will be inserted to GP TV. An addition for working programs of roadshow are to prepare the material that will be told by the moderator and prepare the roadshow team in each Campus that will be visited. The last is for the working program of Peace Ambassador Election 2019 will be conducted a rehash meeting together with the event coordinator because it is the main working program of Peace Ambassador 2018. The meeting that had been running for 2 hours and was expected to give descriptions to the finalist of Peace Ambassador 2018 in order to be focus and be maximal in doing the working program.
